André Heeg is Head of Digital at Sandoz International GbmH.

André is an experienced startup executive, business and sales manager, leader, and strategist. He is an expert in inside and field sales management, pharmaceutical and medical products marketing and sales, commercial strategy planning, and healthcare topics. He has extensive knowledge in B2B and B2C business, software and hardware product portfolios and offerings in the US and Germany. His passion for the impact technology can have on a large scale has been the red thread throughout his career. André holds doctorates from the University of Würzburg in medicine and the University of Freiburg in dental medicine.

André joined Sandoz in June 2018 from his role as CSO at Thermondo GmbH, an integrated energy company offering state-of-the-art energy efficiency services and applying digital process excellence and quality management. This year, The Financial Times named Thermondo #2 fastest growing company in Europe as well as one of the 100 most influential clean-tech companies in the world.

Before that, André was Vice President of Local Sales at Zocdoc, Inc. Zocdoc is an online service that identifies in-network neighborhood physicians, books appointments, shares patient reviews, provides appointment and check-up reminders, and automatically fills in paperwork. Zocdoc is free for patients and available across the United States.

Jessica is a Strategic Adviser to the Digital Therapeutics Alliance, whose mission is to broaden the understanding, adoption, and integration of clinically-validated digital therapeutics into healthcare through education, advocacy, and research. She is also Digital Health Manager on clinical trials and personalized medicine projects for respiratory disease at Bellvitge Hospital in Barcelona. She worked for more than 13 years with the WHO on numerous digital health projects for health system strengthening and digital health best practices. Consultancies include World Bank digital for global health (2010),  mHealth app evaluation guidelines for Europe (2015), and EU regulatory process for US digital diagnostic start-ups (2016). She mas a MSc from the Medical College of Georgia, an MA form the University of Trento, and is currently enrolled in the PhD program in BioMedicine at the University of Barcelona.

Before Kaia Health and together with his two co-founders Konstantin Mehl and Manuel Thurner he scaled the premium food delivery company Foodora up to 14 countries back in 2015. Anish Shindore is the Head of Digital Acceleration at Sanofi, where his focus is driving and transforming Sanofi for creating new and accelerating existing digital therapeutic opportunities. Anish joined Sanofi from a career within Digital & other commercial roles at a country and global level (Novartis). Since his immersion in Pharma, Anish has been closely involved with numerous technology and software startup companies focused on health. His passion is to create digital solutions based on data, blending insights and approaches across industries to solve complex human health problems at scale. Over the years, Anish has been actively mentoring people from various industries, helping them to first clarify and then realize their true potential. Before joining the digital health space, Stefan has founded Cubitabo, an e-commerce retailer for bedroom furniture, and has previously worked as a project leader at McKinsey for consumer goods and retail clients.
